I spent eight years as Head of the multi-billion dollar investment portfolio at the Bank of Israel, with a two year spell as Head of the Central Bank’s representative office in New York.
Previously, I worked at HM Treasury (UK Ministry of Finance) as a European policy expert and economics advisor, before being seconded to the European Commission in Brussels.
I hold an MSc in Economics and am a CFA charter holder.
I have an in-depth knowledge of capital markets, portfolio management and investments in international financial markets across a range of asset classes.
Since leaving the Bank of Israel I have been working as an independent advisor and professional trainer in the areas of my expertise – international financial markets, global economic developments, portfolio and risk management and asset management.
